Data Protection
Status: June 2026. We process your personal data exclusively within the framework of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG). This statement explains what data we collect, for what purpose, and how we handle it.
1. Responsible body

2. Principles
We only collect the data necessary for the respective purpose, use it solely for that purpose, and do not pass it on to third parties for their own purposes. The service providers named below process data only on our behalf and on our instructions.
3. Contact form
If you contact us via the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, message) is processed to handle your request. It is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed, at the latest 12 months after the enquiry is concluded, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
4. Email dispatch (Brevo)
To deliver your message reliably to us, the contact form sends it as a transactional email via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). The data you enter is transmitted to and processed by Brevo on servers within the European Union for this purpose.
5. Mailbox (Google Workspace)
Your message is received and stored in our email mailbox, which is operated using Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). Google therefore processes the contents of your message on our behalf.
6. Spam protection
To protect the contact form from automated spam, we use a hidden form field (a “honeypot”) that is evaluated locally. No data is transmitted to third-party spam-protection services for this purpose.
7. Web hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit the site, technical access data (such as IP address, date and time, page requested, and browser type) is processed to operate and secure the website. This data is not used to identify you personally and is not combined with other data.
8. Fonts
This website uses web fonts served by Adobe Fonts (Adobe Inc., USA). When a page loads, your browser connects to Adobe’s servers, which receive technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the fonts.
9. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies, and we do not run web analytics.
10. Transfers abroad
Where the providers above process data outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA, this is based on recognised safeguards, such as the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses recognised by the Swiss authorities.
11. Your rights
You have the right to information about the personal data we hold about you, as well as to its correction, deletion, or the restriction of its processing. Please send such requests to info@momentomotifs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
12. Changes
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy where necessary. The current version is always available on this page.
